received my tickets :)
received my plane tickets today...oh damn can't believe I have to stay nearly 21 hrs confined to the hard uncomfortable seat of the plane (can watch 10 films??) well i won't kill my eyes but I definitely need to bring some entertainment for the plane trip...
getting picked up by my host family at frankfurt airport^^ tomorrow is a big day, i swear there is a never ending list of things to do: dental appointment, get haircut, change money, buy school blazer, go to bank, buy presents for my host family!!!! omg I have no idea what to get them. I asked them and they said something about I can bring some chinese style decorations or sth...AWKARD!!!!
anyway, something australian. though maybe not the boomerang. i bought that last year for my host family in japan, though I actually don't know how to use it...
OMG and I just realised somehow my return trip although is still 21 hrs, i have to stay 2 nights on the plane!!! I'm so bad at figuring out this kind of time differences. >.>"

packing.
arghh. i hate packing. i really should start. mum has been bugging me for the past week.
but i have so much to do. Writing a packing list is not exactly one of them. but i kept my packing list from my Japan trip last year. so hopefully it's easier:)
man i swear parents are way over anxious. my dad typed up a packing list, my mum started throwing random stuff into the suitcase. and cheerfully said "it's better to have the suitcase out and full, than feeling that we haven't started packing at all..."
OTL i realise trying to stick german words in my head does not work short-term. sigh i should have started earlier.
on a brighter note, im really excited and looking forward to learning french and spanish in greman lol when i come back im gonna speak french with a german accent:)
ps. found on my bookshelf a real ancient-looking dictionary with words in 6 languages: eng, chinese, french, jap, german ,russian. soooo cool~ one more language to go^^

23 Days counting (Noch nur 23 Tage!)
I am sooooo excited I don't know how to express myself!!! From today on, till after I come back from Germany and hopefully even afterwards, I would to try to post on this blog all my treasured moments :D and trying to post in German as well!
I can't believe this is happening to me. Really. It's a once in a lifetime chance, and if I don't make the best out of it, then I am a stupid, insane, wasteful girl. So yes I got a phone call from my lovely host family on Sunday and I was so surprised I got tongue-tied. It's small cosy town in the Bad Durkheim district, South-west Germany. Omg it's so close to Belgium, Luxembourg and France! Just the thought is so exciting I'm hyperventilating:)
